The Bell Sleeve Ruffle Dress is a strawberry red, boho style babydoll made by Umgee. The front is decked out in gorgeous red, burgundy, green, mustard yellow and blue embroidery giving it a Scandinavian flair. The 3/4 length sleeves bell out just past the elbow adding so much movement to this smocked waist dress. The high neckline comes to a close in the back with a simple button. Fully lined. 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Hand was in cold water and hang to dry.
