The Noelani Maxi by Tart Collections is a fun and vibrant black and white maxi. The black top has a loose turtleneck with a fitted elastic waistline. Black and white vertical stripes decorate the skirt of the dresses. Traces of tan stripes pop against the black and white colors. A 26 inch slit runs up the left side of the skirt for a playful look. Pockets decorate the hips of the dress. This dress is made of 95% modal and 5% spandex. Machine wash cold on delicate cycle with like colors.
