This mid-waist light weight jacket can be worn layered for a little extra warmth or also doubles as a blouse. Tiny covered buttons bring this embroidered piece to a close and the cuffs are layered with three layers of gorgeous embroidered ruffles. The bottom hemline has a pull that can cinch the waist and make for a bloused look. 100% cupra rayon. Machine wash in cold water and tumble to dry on low heat.
