Dainty little blue petaled flowers flourish around this Blue Scallops Dress made by En Creme. The deep plunging scooped back is brought together with a t-strap that hits about mid back. The thin straps are adjustable to add a bit of extra length if needed. Can be worn as a dress, or paired with your favorite shorts as a tunic. Made of 100% rayon. Machine wash on the gentle cycle in cold water and lay flat to dry.
